This year the registration and payment process are handled manually - you fill in the form below, and we send you an invoice. The earlier you register, the better price.

The congress is open open for members and their nurses, as well as vet students.

To become a member you have to be a veterinarian (optional as vet student), the cost is 100EUR.

When you register for membership during 2025, that membership will last until 31st of August 2026.

The congress fee is as follows

Veterinarian EarlyBirdTicket: 798EUR (ord 1145EUR)
Accompanying nurse EarlyBirdTicket: 399EUR (ord 573EUR)
Vet Student and Vet Graduate 2025: 399EUR (ord439EUR)

NOTE: THE EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT expires 30th of September.

The amount of tickets are limited. If there are tickets left after 30th of November, we offer a "LateComerTicket", 1245EUR for veterinarians.

Registration Process

Submit Your Registration – Complete the registration form to apply for attendance at the congress.
Invoice Sent – You will receive an invoice shortly after submitting your registration.
Secure Your Spot – Your registration is confirmed, and your place is guaranteed only once full payment has been received.
Welcome Email – Once your payment is processed and approved, you will receive a welcome email with all event details.

If you bought a ticket but are unable to participate, you can sell your ticket to another member. Please send us the contact details of the new participant when your deal is settled.

Refunds later than 3 months before the event are unfortunately not possible, regardless of reason
