Keep your blood sugar curve straight...
After the great breakfast buffet you certainly do not need to starve. Lunch and two fab "fikas" are served every day. Friday evening we invite you to the Congress Dinner.
The other nights we suggest you team up with some colleagues and enjoy a restaurant of your choice - at the hotel or in any of all restaurants in the big shopping center Emporia, just across the street.

If you happen to need a cup of coffee late at night or maybe crazy early, before your morning gym session, there is fresh brewed coffee for free at the hotel reception desk.
Registration
Upon arrival you go to the hotel reception desk to check in for your hotel room. If your room isn't available just yet, you can leave your belongings in the surveilled baggage room. Please bring your room reservation and passport/IDcard.

Thursday morning the Conference Registration opens. Please bring your congress ticket (digital or printed) to the Congress area at level one. At the registration station you find your nametag, get your goodiebag and then you are ready to rock :-)

Before lunch at Thursday there is an optional NCED Commitees session with discussions and group work - come and bring your thoughts and ideas! If you prefer having an easy morning or endulge in the fair hall - it is totally up to you.
Travel
The venue is easy accessible regardless of travelling vehicle.
If you arrive by airplane to Copenhagen Airport, just hop on the train to Malmö Hyllie Station - it's just a couple of minutes ride.
The buses also stops here. From the station it's a short 2 min walk to the hotel.

If you come by car there is a big shopping mall parking garage just across the street. If you need a really safe stay for your car, the hotel have their own indoor parking - pay at reception desk for access.
