This year the registration and payment process are handled manually - you fill in the form below, and we send you an invoice. The earlier you register, the better price.

The congress is open only for members and their nurses.
To become a member you have to be a veterinarian or a vet student, the cost is 100EUR.
When you register for membership during 2025, that membership will last until 31st of december 2026.

The congress fee is as follows:

The amount of tickets are limited. If there are tickets left after 30th of November, we offer a "LateComerTicket", 1245EUR for veterinarians.
Terms and Conditions
The ticket includes all three days of exciting and interesting seminars, including Drink&Mingle Thursday and Friday evening, Congress dinner Friday and of course lunches and coffee break "fika" all three days.

If you bought a ticket but are unable to participate, you can sell your ticket to another member. Please send us the contact details of the new participant when your deal is settled.
Refunds later than 3 months before the event are unfortunately not possible, regardless of reason.
