at NCED CONGRESS 2024

Welcome to the Nordic College of Equine Dentistry! 

 

The Nordic College of Equine Dentistry is an international organisation of veterinarians for veterinary practitioners with a dedicated interest in Equine Dentistry and the growing of it. 

 

For the last four years the NCED has organised a congress in Malmö, Sweden with increasing attendance and international flair with participants from over a dozen countries.

Thanks to the interest from all over the world, we even developed the congress to be a 3-day event, with 12 sponsors represented during the last edition.

 

Our delegates evaluated our congress as very educational as well as a perfect atmosphere for networking and mingling. The sponsors at the congress were very satisfied with the huge interest for their products & services and for the time scheduled for exhibition. 

 

In January 2024, the fourth congress will be held again in Malmö Arena, Sweden. This venue is easy to access both from nordic countries as well as mainland Europe and is located in the southwestern part of Malmö, only 150 meters from the train station from which you can reach Copenhagen airport in just 10 minutes. 

 

At this congress, we can offer you an exclusive chance to meet new clients and update existing ones from all around Europe and more.

We have recently released both programs for our annual congress (Malmö – January 18-20 2024) and for our interactive discussion day (our so-called ‘Hot-Potato-Day’ held in Brussels, Belgium – September 9 2023).

General considerations

NOTE: sponsors need to book and pay their accomodation, it is NOT included in the sponsor fee or handled by NCED.

 

The gold,silver and bronze sponsorships allows for 2-3 persons on site (see details above), NCED will charge 350 € per person for the catering (3xlunch, saturday dinner, and beverages & snacks during coffee breaks). Additional persons need to be NCED members and buy regular conference tickets.

Higher level of sponsorship will be prioritised. Sponsorship request will only be effective after validation of the NCED board.
