MEMBERS ONLY
This event is for members only. Participants have to become a member for 2021 to hold a valid ticket for the 2022 congress. If you are not a member of the NCED yet you have to add the membership option. If you avoid this, NCED will invoice you for the membership fee and your congress ticket will not be valid until the membership 2021 is paid. Membership renewal for 2022 is sent in February 2022.
ASSISTANTS / NURSES
Assistants/nurses have to book their ticket/s together with their employing veterinarian attending the congress. Lay dental technicians are not allowed. Employed veterinarians pay full price.
PRE-CONGRESS TICKET
The Pre-Congress 20th January 2022 can only be followed by participants who register for it. Check what you have paid for!

The Congress 21st-22nd January 2022 can only be followed by participants who register for it. Check what you have paid for!
ACCOMMODATION
Hotel accommodation is not arranged by the NCED nor included in the congress prices below. However the Malmö Arena Hotel offers sufficient rooms which you can book directly at http://malmoarenahotel.com/
STUDENTS
The prices for veterinarians apply for veterinary students as well.
MEMBERSHIP
Prices are valid for members of the NCED during 2021, a membership renewal for 2022 is sent in February 2022. New participants have to become a member for 2021 before they can register to the 2022 Congress.
CONGRESS FEE INCLUEDS
All coffee breaks, lunches and dinner on Friday night is included in the Congress fee. The Pre-Congress is not included in the main congress fee.

CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation there is no refund. In case of a motivated cancellation NCED can facilitate to find another veterinarian taking your place but this is not guaranteed.
REGISTRATION
Registration can only be made by our event booking page and is only guaranteed after payment of the total congress fee and membership fee.
