Check your ticket what you have paid for! The Pre-Congress 16th January 2020 is not included in the main congress fee. The main congress fee only includes 17th and 18th January 2020.

ASSISTANTS / NURSES
Assistants/nurses need to book together with their employing veterinarian attending the congress. Lay dental technicians are not allowed. Employed veterinarians pay full price. Assistants paycheck must presented by vet when booking of assistant ticket.
Assistants can follow the Basic Track on Saturday 18th. Only veterinarians and veterinary students can follow the Main & Nerd Stream.
The pre-congress can only be followed by participants who register for it. Check what you have paid for! Prices above.
Hotel accommodation is not arranged by the NCED nor included in the congress prices.
However the Malmö Arena Hotel offers sufficient rooms which you can book directly at http://malmoarenahotel.com/
CONGRESS FEE INCLUDES
All coffee breaks, lunches and dinner on Friday night is included in the Congress fee.
The prices for veterinarians apply for veterinary students as well.
Prices are valid for members of the NCED during 2019, a membership renewal for 2020 is sent in February. New participants have to become a member for 2019 before they can register for the 2020 congress.
In case of cancellation there is no refund. In case of a motivated cancellation NCED can facilitate to find another veterinarian taking your place but this is not guaranteed.
