The congress is held in Malmö at the Malmö Arena Hotel (Sweden), in the region of the Copenhagen Airport (Denmark) 23rd - 25th of September 2022. The NCED-board is delighted to announce that the 2022 NCED Congress will be held in September 23rd - 25th 2022, follow the covid-related regulations at that moment. We expect everyone who attends the congress to come in healthy!
ASSISTANT / VET.NURSES
Only employe Veterinarian can book tickets for assistants/nurses attending the congress. One assistant allowed per veterinarian. Assistants paycheck must presented by vet when booking of assistant ticket.
Employed veterinarians pay full price.
Late Bird does not offer this.

The prices for veterinarians apply for veterinary students as well.

REGISTRATION
Registration can only be made by our event booking page and is only guaranteed after payment of the total congress fee and membership fee.
PRE-CONGRESS NOT INCLUDED
The pre-congress can only be followed by participants who register and buy a ticket for it. Late Bird does not offer this.
CANCELLATION - NO REFUND
In case of cancellation there is no refund on tickets.
In case of a motivated cancellation NCED can facilitate to find another veterinarian taking your place but this is not guaranteed.
In case of your cancellation due to national or international legislation prohibiting you to travel due to covid/pandemic restrictions as well as quarantine we guarantee you full refund.
In case of NCED cancellation due to pandemic restrictions we guarantee full refund.
MEMBERSHIP - MEMBERS ONLY
Prices are valid for members of the NCED during 2022.
PRICES CONGRESS
New & Important Information on Your Congress Fee
As a delegate you you can receive a voucher. The voucher gives you access to the NCED congress 2022 in September. The program will only face minor changes. However, the original pre-congress will be extended to a full day without any price change for those who choose a voucher. This extended version allows us to offer more time for debate, interactive case presentations and in-depth lectures on equine welfare in relation to modern equitation.
Since we face some major costs due to the cancellation and since the congress is extended by half a day, the normal attendance fee will be raised to 1100 € for those who did not register for the congress in January.
Normal registration price (3d): 1100 € for members of 2022 who did not register for the congress in January.
Members who did register for the congress but not the pre-congress in January 2022 can buy an additional ticket for the full day pre-congress in September for 100€.
Prices are valid for 2022 members of the NCED.
